Zenadh Kes Mari Torres Strait Island Dancers

Zenadh Kes Mari Torres Strait Island Dancers (ZKM) is a Torres Strait Islander Dance Group of family members who reside in the ACT and now call Canberra home.

ZKM means 'Winds of Our Ailan Home'.

The family group share a rich blend of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritage, with strong links to Cape York Peninsula, Western QLD, and the Eastern, Western and Central Island language groups.

ZKM strives to maintain and share Torres Strait Islander culture, kastoms and traditions through their song and dance, as well as in their every day practise of their cultural values and principles that reminds and acknowledges them of who they are and where they come from.
